Founded in 2001 in North Idaho, 3 Sons Manufacturing is a full service CNC production and prototyping machine shop. Coming off of 25 years in the aerospace industry, founder Jim Ross started his machine shop at home with a single vertical mill and a welding bay. As a father of three young boys, expansion quickly became paramount. Today, 3 Sons Manufacturing is home to seven Haas CNC mills, three Haas CNC lathes, as well as multiple Bridgeport mills and Deckel horizontal mills. The 5,000 square foot facility sits squarely in the center of North Idaho just north of Coeur d'Alene.

As a modern CNC machine shop, 3 Sons machines parts from countless industries. From the flame cutting and grinding of tractor implements, to the precision three dimensional cutting of high speed roller coaster parts; precision and punctuality are fundamental qualities.
